All of our jewelry pieces are handmade to order and crafted specifically according to the size and customization details provided at the time of purchase.

Because each item is individually created after your order is placed:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• We do not offer refunds once production has begun.

• All sales are final.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their selected size, measurements, materials, and customization details before completing their purchase. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us prior to ordering — we are happy to assist.

Exceptions

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days from delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
